Calming Rooms

The Calming Room is a safe space for students to go if they are going through any sort of anxiety, issues at home or even school, and need a safe space to stay for 15-20 minutes. The rooms are supervised by students who assist in peer to peer counseling as well as the school psychologists.

Spread The Calm’s nationwide project to have students help their peers and understand their own feelings with the goal of creating a better learning environment for all.

The Calm Pathway

One of a kind program designed to guide special needs clients (and/or related disorders/struggles) through a unique combination of personalized 1-on-1 social support and peer-based group sessions, helping them gain confidence, connection, and independence through meaningful, facilitated interactions.


Mental Health Documentary

Spread The Calm founder and documentarian, Leo shares perspective gained after years of learning and researching the true details of this mental health crisis. By conducting over 100 interviews with individuals from: different backgrounds, cultures, educational levels, and career types, he collected an abundance of data, enough to share a detailed look on the most important crisis of today.
